From Charlotettetown take the Trans Canada Highway (Route #1) West towards Sumerside. Turn left on Route #112, then; |

Once off the Confederation Bridge ( Route # 1) turn left on Route # 10 Highway at Borden-Carleton. Turn left on Route #112 at the hamlet of Searletown, then; |

Proceed on Route #112 until you come to a sign Fernwood. Take that left onto Route #119/Fernwood Road and then bear right 3/4 mile continuing on Route #119/Fernwood Road for approx. 4.5 km. |

Turn left at the dirt road where the sign says Sunset Beach Rd. Follow the road bearing left along the shore, look for the Cinnamon Sands sign at 115 Sunset Beach Rd. (Crescent Driveway) |
